Processing Times


We know you’re excited to get your order!

 

We do our best to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your package is on its way, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it right to your door.

 

Shipping Options & Delivery Times


You can choose the shipping speed that works best for you at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

  • Rural Shipping: 3-5 business days​

 

Please note: delivery times can vary a bit depending on your location and carrier delays, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.

 

Tracking Your Order


As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking info. It might take up to 48 hours for tracking updates to show up, so don’t worry if it’s blank at first!

Lost or Damaged Packages


If something goes wrong with your delivery — like a lost or damaged package — please reach out to us at hello@littlegoody.co.nz - we’ll help you sort it out right away.

All of our packaging materials are recyclable, compostable, or made from recycled content.

We use Better Packaging's awesome POLLAST!C courier bags. These bags are reusable, recyclable and made from ocean bound plastic, how good!​

We encourage you to reuse or recycle your packaging after your order arrives. Every little action helps keep waste out of landfills and supports a more sustainable cycle
