Pre-Loved Clothing Program – Terms & Conditions

We’re so happy you’re joining our Second Chances Pre-Loved Clothing Program! Here’s how it works — simple, fair, and family-friendly:

1. What we Accept
​
We welcome gently worn kids’ clothes that are clean, in good condition, and ready for another little one to love. Please avoid sending items with stains, tears, heavy wear, or strong odours. All zips and domes must be in good working condition. We are currently accepting up to 50 items per customer. If you have larger quantities please email us hello@littlegoody.co.nz

2. Sending Your Items
​
Fill out our quick Pre-Loved Return Form online and pop it in with your parcel. Attach the returns label to your reusable courier bag and send it back to us.

3. Getting Your Credit
Once your clothes arrive, our team will carefully check them over. We’ll add a $1 credit per accepted item within 5 business days. You can use it anytime on our website — perfect for when your little one hits that next growth spurt!
We'll also add an additional $5 credit if you send it back in one of our Little Goody bags.

4. If We Can’t Accept an Item
​
Sometimes an item might not be suitable for resale. When that happens, we’ll either donate or recycle it responsibly. If you’d like it returned instead, just let us know (a small postage fee may apply).

5. After You Send It In
Once we’ve accepted your items, they officially become part of our pre-loved family! We’ll find them a new home, donate them, or recycle them — always with care and purpose.

6. Updates to the Program
We’re always improving our program to make it easier and more sustainable. This means details like credit amounts or accepted items might change from time to time. The latest info will always be available on our website.
